Tommy had "mush" (rice cereal) for the first time yesterday. He seemed happy enough during the ordeal, though I'm not really sure any went in. Actually, it looks the same as the spit up that usually is coming out of his mouth, so it's even harder to tell if he actually ate any. I thought I'd try a little of the mush, and Mom wished she would have gotten my horrified reaction on tape. I used to eat that stuff? Blech!

Tommy's 4 Month Check-Up
Tommy had his 4-month-old check-up today, and was a brave not-so-little man when he got his shots. He now weighs 19 lbs, 1 oz (97%) and is 25 1/2 inches long (75%), and his huge head clocks in at 43 1/2 cm (90%). He's been cleared for solid food, so stay tuned for messy pictures, and Dad says he's also been cleared to challenge Godzilla because of his sheer size. Go Tommy!

My New Sport (aka Fort)
I've been busy teaching Tommy the art of relaxation in a purple chair. He's a quick study.
I've also been busy dressing him up in my new Woody doll's hat. I told Mom it makes him look "like a real cowboy". You be the judge.
And I've been loving my new "sport" (aka fort) that Dad made for me.
Here's a video of me goofing around with Daddy and Lamby in it.
Preschool Pictures
Last week they had picture day at preschool. Though they posted a big sign and sent a note home reminding Mom, she of course forgot. This is the outfit I would have chosen (my Jessie from Toy Story shirt), and I rarely let Mom comb my hair anyway, so what's the big deal? Despite my dissheveled hair, Mom and Dad both agree I look quite cute. Squirrelly, but cute.
Happy Easter!
Mommy got back from Seattle on Sunday during my nap, just in time to see me hunt for everything the Easter Bunny left for me during my nap. Dad says this was a fortunate coincidence...
I loved hunting for my Easter eggs. They were hidden inside and outside the house...
So was Chewy.
The Easter Bunny also hid a cool new toy for me...
I also found my Easter basket, which had candy, a book,...
Easter socks, and of course, dinosaur toys in it.
After all the hunting, Daddy decided to wear my Easter bonnet for awhile...
And then passed it on to Tommy. He enjoyed it a little too much while sitting in his purple chair. Mom says they are both very secure in their masculinity, and that they both looked FABULOUS!

Multitasking Mom
Mom has become a master of multitasking. Here she is reading to me while I drink my morning milk while giving Tommy his breathing treatment. Impressive!
In other news, Tommy is feeling like a very big boy today. He got his own little chair...
And is excited to sit at the table with me while I eat.
He also rolled over for the first time today, tummy to back. Mom got so excited and jumped up and down clapping, but there was no repeat performance. Stay tuned for a video...

Sibling Rivalry
Tommy likes to dance. I don't like to be left out, as you can tell from my screaming in the background.
Photographic Memory?
My new favorite book is about a garbage truck and it's called, "I Stink!". I got it from the library exactly a week ago. True, I make Mom read it to me at least 2 times a day, but she and Dad still find it uncanny that I can recite it word for word. Especially since I don't even understand what a lot of these words mean. Piston? Mom doesn't even really know what that one means. Here I am "reading"/reciting one of the pages, and there's a picture of the page next to the video so you can follow along.

Tommy's new favorite game is to lay on his back and bring his legs and feet into the air. Mom says he's working on his abs...
He also likes eating dinner with us, but I'm not sure being naked at the table is considered good manners.
Mom says she thinks both of us are getting cuter by the day. We're trying not to let it go to our heads.

First Haircut
On Saturday I got my hair cut for the first time ever. I let the stylist wash my hair...
And even though I barely even let Mom or Dad comb it once a day, I let her blow dry it, curl it, and braid it.
Mom and Dad were so proud of me!
Afterwards we went out for lunch. Here I am trying desperately to squeeze out the last bit of my tube o' yogurt.
It was a beautiful day, so we went down to Main St. in Huntington Beach to have a bite to eat.
I got to eat my favorite food, KETCHUP!
And do some fun people watching.
