Drinking From The Big Girl Cup

Here's what I think of Daddy's "Superfood" juice:

Mom may have prompted me a little...

Fingerpuppets

My 3rd cousin (Grandma's 1st cousin, so is that right?), Alexandra, sent me these cool fingerpuppets today.

I instantly grabbed them and ran away with them...

I wanted to play with them up on the bed with Chewy.

Fun! Thanks, Cousin Alexandra!

I'm Awake!

Here's the new game I play with Mom and Dad. I pretend I'm sleeping, snore, then get up and say "I'm awake!" Gets them every time. They're so gullible.

Adventures in Sentence Structure

Chewy hates the UPS truck, and I'm here to tell you about it.

Later Mom realized that I was right when I said blue truck, because the garbage man came (in a blue truck), and Chewy is always mad about that. When will Mom realize that I'm ALWAYS right?!?

Water Safety

Since I liked wearing Mom's shoes so much the other day, I thought I'd try on Dad's Homer Simpson slippers...

As you can see, this led to me wearing my new favorite construction hat, and demanding to take it in the bath with me.

Safety First!

Happy Easter

Happy Easter, everyone!

This whole bunny-hiding-baskets thing is sort of new to me, but I'm starting to get the idea. Here I am hunting for my easter basket:

Here's what I found inside...

And here's what I did with it:

This went on for awhile...

I like this whole hiding idea, so next Daddy and I hid while Mom was "it" for hide and seek.

Then Nana came up to see us and we went to the park. Yay! You can see I brought the little yellow monkey from my easter basket with me, too.

Nana made strawberry shortcake for dessert. Whipped cream was a new thing for me...

And it's safe to say that I liked it. Not only did my strawberries taste good dipped in it, but so did my gardenburger. Thanks, Nana!

Easter Hunt!

Today we went to the Huntington Beach annual Easter candy hunt. Another girl and I decided a team approach was our best bet...

I also had more fun taking candy OUT of my basket than putting it IN.
If you click on this picture, you can see the close up of how excited I am.
Yay, candy!
Then I grabbed my basket and Dad took me to meet some new friends...

Like the Easter Bunny,

And a big duck...

and Reada, the dragon from our favorite library.

But my favorite was Sparky, who I called "Fire Puppy". I even let him wear my cool new construction hat.

I refused to take the hat off for the rest of the time...

And though it is supposed to be used for protection, it did not protect me from my first bite of a donut hole. Yucky!
