Time to relax

After a long, hectic Christmas weekend, it was good to relax and catch up on some old books.

Mooooommmm, go away....I'm having some 'alone' time.

Twins and a Rodeo

We went down to see Auntie Kimmy last weekend, and her TWO new babies, Robert and Elizabeth.
While Mom and Dad were meeting the babies, I was doing this:
Twins and their balloons are fun!
Then we went down the street to see my friend Kara. She had a horse in her living room! I attempted to ride it with her, but it didn't go so hot...

Then they brought out a second horse, and we were going to have a rodeo, but got distracted by snacks.

I did get in some good riding time, though. Except, again, Mom took the video the wrong way and doesn't know how to rotate it. Do I have to do eveything around here?!?

Shapes Puzzle

Puzzles are my new thing. Check me out! (Mom had to break it into two parts because it was too big.)

Christmas Presents!

I had a great Christmas! Mom and Dad got me my own big girl chair! I tend to use it more as a climbing device, but I love it!

Then Nana, Uncle Stuart, and his friend Julie came over to have fun and open presents. I got these cool bunny slippers from Nana...

And she made me some new towels, and got me some fun animals...

She also made me this cute little dress, so I had a wardrobe change before opening more presents.

I love my new blocks!

I saw Mom trying to open a box that was taped shut with her keys, so I started doing the same thing with all my presents.

Mom was trying to get a nice picture with me, but all I wanted to do was have my tiger drink out of her champagne glass.

I went through all my gifts, so I started helping other people unwrap theirs.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Christmas at the Park

We went to the park before opening presents on Christmas Day. I like the big kid slide these days...

And Nana pushed me on the swing...

And Stuart and Julie joined in the fun!

Santa Came!

When we came down on Christmas morning, there was a bunch of fun stuff in my stocking! Mama said Santa put it there, but I didn't hear him come in. Then again, I don't hear much while I'm sleeping...
I helped Chewy with his stocking...

And helped Mom, too...

Thanks for my books and Elmo doll, Santa!

Getting in the Xmas Spirit

Here I am kissing my new favorite Xmas character, The Bumble, from "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer". I even can say his name!

Daddy also taught me to say R2D2. Here's a video, I say it best at the very beginning when Mom first turns on the camera and I'm pointing at it. Mom and Dad are so proud.

Bath Time!

I was trying to help Chewy put on his old, non-holiday collar this morning...

He was very appreciative.

After those gross puppy kisses, Mom decided I needed a bath, with lots of splashing.

Cousin Simon

My second cousin, Simon, came over last weekend. He's so cute! Mom says his little rolls remind her of me and my baby squinchiness...

The whole time he was here I pointed at him and said "Ga ga", because that's what babies are supposed to say, right? Here's a picture of him and his mama, Amy.
I met him once before when he was first born, but Mom forgot to post the photos. So here's one of me and Auntie Leslie. She's fun.

Lamb on a Swing

My new favorite game is pushing Lamby on his swing in our backyard.
I went to the park by my house with my friends Isabella and Bella last Friday.

I am a sliding fool these days...

And even went down the big tunnel one by myself!

Here's one of Isabella, her Mommy, Helen, and me. I love the park and my buddies! We all gave each other big sloppy baby kisses when we left.

Rockin' Around/Near the Christmas Tree

I was so excited when Mom plugged in the Christmas tree this morning that I did a little dance.

Me and My Christmas Tree

I love the Christmans tree! Daddy taught me the names of lots of the ornaments. Here I am pointing some of them out...

Xmas Outtakes

We took family holiday photos yesterday, and this was Mom's favorite outtake:

I'm told it's quite a project to get 2 grown-ups, a dog and a baby to all look and smile at the same time. Check your mail for your holiday card to see if we succeeded!

Maniacal Musical Prodigy

Our new house has a den I like to call "The Music Room". Here I am playing the piano...

And here are a few videos so you can see how accomplished I am on the harmonica, tin whistle and electric piano. Bravo!

Who is This Santa Character?

I went to see Santa yesterday. Mom and Dad both told me he's a nice man who will bring me whatever presents I ask for. I'm not buying it. I was happy and fine until the minute they put me on his lap, and then I screamed bloody murder. I don't trust that hairy guy.
Don't worry, I looked like this again about 5 minutes later:

A Weekend Away

Grandma, Grandpa and their dog Foster came out to stay with me while Mom and Dad went on a Parents Only trip to San Francisco.

They toured the city...

And ate dinner away from home. Why would they want to do that? Whatever! I had fun with Grandma and Grandpa. Thanks for coming, I love you!
