Chewy Makes Me Laugh

I may look calm and demure here...

But that is obviously not the case.

Daddy and Chewy crack me up! Who knew you could have so much fun with an empty roll from paper towels?

Frog Baby

This morning I was imitating a frog. I don't quite have that whole jumping thing down, though...

Aspiring Artist?

I am now an artist! Check out my latest creations from my first toddler art class:

OK, truth be told, Mom sculpted the caterpillar and put in its spaghetti antennae. I contributed by grinding the other bits of pasta into its back, and swallowing a few of them for good measure.

This is a sun I made by covering my hand in yellow paint, and having mom turn the paper around and around while I mashed my hand against it. It's all in the technique. Then I slapped some other colors on there, and continued to paint my hand, hair, and cheek.

No autographs, please!

18 Months Old

I am now 18 months old, and went in for my check-up today. The doctor said I am very smart and very cute, and I trust her professional opinion.

I now am 33 inches tall (85%) and weigh 26 lbs, 12oz (80%). That looks about right...

Hello, Operator? It's Lamby.

Lamby likes going for a ride on Chewy's back...

And I like to call Grandma and tell her all about it.

I Know My Letters!

I'm an alphabet-learning machine! Check out my letter naming skills. Mom had to break up the video into three parts because it was too big to fit on here. I think this site's been having some technical difficulties lately. Maybe after I master my ABC's I'll delve into computer programing.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here are a few cute little pictures of me for Valentine's Day:

But Mom and Dad know I usually really look like this:
I got a fun valentine from Grandma and Grandpa. Here I am playing with it:

VD Party

My friend, Isabella, had a little Valentine's Day party for my baby friends and me. Here we are getting the party started with a snuggling/wrestling match...

Then we made valentines cards. I made one for Daddy.

Then we got to decorate our own cupcakes. Mom helped me put a little frosting on at first...

Then I had to taste it to make sure it was ok...

Approved! I then took matters into my own hands...
and mouth.
Just a few more sprinkles...

And it was time to chow down! I even learned to say "cupcake".

Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!

Watching the Street

I look forward to my daily snack and Sesame Street watching session. Here I am naming everyone in the intro.

Put It In the Launcher Part Deux

I invented a new version of "Put It In the Launcher" for myself the other night.

Cousins

I went to visit my second cousin, Simon, yesterday. He's very cute, and I like calling him "Ga Ga", because he's a baby.

Pretend City

Last Friday we went to a place called "Pretend City". It has all sorts of venues geared toward kids, like a fake grocery store, fake restaurant, fake beach, and fake park. I liked the fake farm best. I got to dig in the "soil", wear a "leather" vest, and pick "apples" from a "tree".

But they did have real baby chickens!

I realized that among all this fake stuff, my best chance for making a mess was at the rivers and water station. However, this is Orange County, so they had little plastic cover-ups for everyone's cute kiddo clothes. My plans were almost thwarted...

But through lots of reaching...
And capturing a "lobster" and a "fish"...

I managed to get wet enough for mom to have to change my shirt. She then put a belt of bells on me that she found at the theater exhibit, so she could keep track of me while I ran around until I nearly wore myself out. I ran up and down this ramp about 12,000 times.

It was pretty fun there, but I've decided I like my real duck pond, real sand for digging, and real park with swings and a slide best.

New Toys

I love my new toys!

But to be truly wonderful, they must be lamby-friendly:

Fake Laugh

My new fake laugh was so silly it made me crack up for real.

Sleepy Puppy

Chewy was a very tired puppy this morning. I figured he needed Lamby and the Bumble to get some good sleep, just like I do when I take a nap.
He appreciated it.
Aren't I a sweet puppy sister?

Just Another Day at the Park

Dad carried my cool boombox old school style on the way to the park this weekend...

I was ready to run around...

But Mom wanted to take cutsey pictures.

I, of course, got my way and went digging...

And then did a little mountain climbing with Dad.

Yay, family park time!
