Bathroom Fun

I had a potty breakthrough over the long weekend, and am now super excited about going potty on the toilet. I trade off between my little potty chair and the "big giant toilet", as I call it. Here I am after another successful venture picking out my m&m, which Mom and Dad use for bribery:

As you can see, I'm very proud of myself.
I also love my bath. I got a bubble bath this morning, and here I am practicing my swimming and wearing a bubble beard.

Who knew the bathroom was so fun?

Christmas Eve Eve Eve...

We had an early Christmas Eve Eve party with the Dombeks and Kowalewskys last weekend. It was lots of fun! Kara cracks us all up.

I taught the twins how to play the guitar...

And got to unwrap fun presents. Robby prefers to unwrap his with his teeth, as you can see in the background.

Kara and I were all over Lizzy's shopping cart present! She didn't stand a chance of getting near it for awhile.

To finish off the evening, I made myself a little stage and sang the ABC song at the top of my lungs for everyone. Just try to ignore me! :)

Happy Turkey Day!

We had a fun turkey day! While the bird was in the oven, we went down to the park.

My cousin Kyle wanted me to show him how to go on the slide...

I think it's safe to say he liked it!

I also showed him how I can hang like a monkey:

And we both had fun on the swings.

Back at home I helped Mom decorate the table. Here is one of the placecards I painted:
Finally it was time to eat. Cheers, Daddy!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Snuggle Time With Daddy

Daddy and I had some lazy and silly snuggle time yesterday.

Here we are trading kisses:

I love my Daddy!

Fun Visitors

My Great Auntie Jennifer and Uncle Bernie came to visit and play with me last Friday. We had fun, and went to lunch at an outdoor restaurant and a pigeon landed on my plate, further cementing my obsession with pigeons. Thanks for coming, Jennifer and Bernie! Sorry about the Huntington Beach wildlife!

Silly Face

Here I am making my new silly face:
You'd never know it from my smile, but I'm having a hard time with this whole preschool thing this week. Mom is sure I'll learn to love it again (like I did the first week), but I intend to make it heartwrenching for her until then.

T-Ball and Hopscotch

I've been perfecting my outdoor gaming skills. Here I am actually holding the correct end of the bat to play t-ball...
And learning to play hopscotch with Mom.

Miles and Me: Partners in Crime

Miles and I have gotten to hang out quite a bit lately. He's fun...

Here we are running around, dancing, and squealing like crazed animals after dinner the other night...

And being co-conspirators outside the bar windows while everyone inside giggled at us.

I see much more fun (and trouble) in our future!

Preschool

I started preschool 2 half-days a week last week. Here I am at my first day. It's kind of a silly picture, but I was too excited to go inside to pose for any other ones.
On Friday one of the kids had a birthday, and his mom had a balloon bending clown and a face-painter come. "Unicorn" was my new word of the day, and I was quite pleased about it, as you can see...

Mom and Dad are so proud of me for being such a big (and silly) girl at preschool!

Kara's 2nd Birthday

It was my sort-of cousin Kara's birthday last weekend, and she had a fun, octopus-themed party!

I got an octopus balloon...

And got to eat a blue octopus cupcake!

I also got to play in the backyard...

Mommy and Auntie Leslie got to bump pregnant bellies...

And Kara let me play with the new dollhouse I got her. We're buddies. :)

Grandma's Visit

Grandma came to visit me not too long ago. We had a lot of fun!

She helped me draw and trace picture of my hands and feet...

And took me on the merry-go-round, which was ALREADY decorated for the holidays.

Thanks for coming, Grandma! I love you to pieces!

More Halloween, Less Computer

Here's one more picture of us down on Main Street, HB for Halloween. We had such a good time!
In other news, our computer is on the fritz, so Mom's not able to download any new photos. We hope to get it up and running soon, and will make new updates then.

Happy Halloween!

We love Halloween! Here I am, The Kat in the Hat, with Thing 1, Thing 2, and Thing 3 in Mom's belly, and the goldfish in a bowl on Chewy's back. I think Mom and Dad may be having more kids to ensure that they get to dress up more years for Halloween.

We went down to Main Street in Huntington Beach to join the Halloween party.

I met some other Things down there, too!
I even met a guy (dressed as Alan from "The Hangover") with Thing 1 and Thing 2 tattoos! Gotta love Huntington Beach!
Then it was off to go Trick-or-Treating. Happy Halloween, Everyone!
