New Ballet Uniform

Now that the new semester of dance has started at Little Gym, I get to wear my new official leotard!  Here I am with my teacher, Miss Kristen.

OK, the tutu is not part of the official outfit, but it's pretty darn cute, right?

Paying close attention...

And hydrating with my friend Audrey after a seriously fun class.

The Splash Pad

We went to a fun park called the Splash Pad yesterday.  We only wish Mom would have found it earlier, it closes after Labor Day!  It has tons of fun sprinklers and fountains to run through.  I loved it instantly!

Tommy wasn't so sure, but Isabella held his hand (or lead him around by the arm) and reassured him.

Then he was in!

I showed him how to get the most out of the fountains...

And I think he really got the hang of it.

This one was my favorite.  It's a big bucket shaped like a pelican head that dumps water on you when you run under it.

I'm already lobbying Mom to go back every day until it closes.  Wish me luck!

Two of Tommy's favorite things:  snuggling with his puppy...

And playing with his dinos.

Little Gym Party Day

The Little Gym had a party day the day after my birthday party.  Coincidence?  I think not!  Bring on more fun!

You can see Isabella and me shooting baskets here...

Then Tommy makes an attempt...

And gets an assist from the Little Gym coach.

Freeze dancing is fun!  Tommy's not so sure, though.

More Cool Presents

I got so much cool stuff for my birthday!  Here I am playing with my new fishing game from Great Auntie Jennifer and Uncle Bernie...

And in my cool new dress up outfits, a pirate and a mermaid, from Kara and Avery.

I love the tea set and tablecloth Nana gave me, and I'm also wearing a new headband that Isabella's mommy, Helen, made for me.
Tea time is fun, and it's even more fun to pour tea on your brother's head!

Yup, what is supposed to be tea comes out of the tea pot when you pour it.

Dad thought it looked more like snot, and kept sneezing it out while Mom giggled.

And I'm a fast learner when it comes to comedy.

My 4-Year-Old Dinosaur Birthday Party

My 4th birthday party was a BLAST!  The bounce house got there early on Saturday, so we all decided to test it out.

Tommy LOVED it, and I figured out how to get some serious air...
As you can see, we had some pretty big bouncing fun:

Even Chewy got in on the action!

After lunch my guests arrived.  Here's my friend Cameron from school...

And a lot of them played inside with all my cool toys, but I was in the bounce house almost the whole time.

I loved it when everyone sang happy birthday to me wearing their dinosaur masks.  Check out my cool dinosaur fossil cake, complete with erupting volcanoes!

Mom forgot to take a good picture of it until it was almost half-eaten, but you get the idea...

Yummy!

While the smaller kiddos played inside (like Tommy and his friend Lily)...

We had a dinosaur egg hunt outside...

And then played pin the skull on the dinosaur fossil.  Kara won, and I only cried a little bit.  Yay, Kara!
Then I opened all my cool presents (more on that later), then it was back to bouncing!  Here are Miles, Evan, and I catching some air...

Check it out, both Miles and I are flying!

Evan and I pretended to be dinos in a cage...

While Ilana practiced her wrestling take-down moves with Tommy.  Don't worry, he can take it, I've trained him well.  PS: I think she has a little crush on him.

Wheeeee!

After that, we were all a little tuckered out, and an episode of Dinosaur Train was well earned.

Miles stuck around for dinner, and we had so much fun during the original egg hunt that we kept replicating it again, and again, and again.... We love playing together.

What a great party!  Thanks, Mom and Dad!
