Disneyland Silliness and Tiredness

Waiting in line for some of our last rides I started to get a little silly...

And decided to put Mom's hair in a ponytail...

It's a good look for her, don't you think?

After all the rides, I talked Mom and Dad into buying me a Toy Story toy, and we were on our way home. Zoom in on this picture if you can't tell how big my yawn is.

The true sign of a successful Disney day:

Here I am the next morning before school, still wearing my mouse ears. They may be my permanent new uniform.

Rides! Faster, Faster!

At Disneyland, Mom and Dad discovered that I am a daredevil (big surprise)! I loved the Go Gadget Coaster and squealed the whole way. I also loved spinning fast in the Teacups...

Here we are spinning and giggling...
But my favorite ride of all was Dumbo. Here I am with my magic feather, ready to take Dumbo for a ride...
Ready to fly...
I love flying!
We had so much fun on Dumbo that we went back at night. Here we are in flight again...

Mom couldn't get a good smiling and giggling picture, but you can see by the size of my cheeks in this one that I'm loving it!

Next stop: Space Mountain! Well, maybe in a few years.

First Trip to Disneyland

Because I've been such a great big sister, Mom and Dad took me on a special big-girl trip to Disneyland!
There was so much to do! First we went on Nemo's Submarine Voyage...
But I needed more up-close action, so it was on to the Jungle Cruise.

I liked it so much we even went twice.

Then after a little snack of a BIG pickle...

I was granted my very own pair of mouse ears!

I am excited to now be an official Mousekateer! Here I am on the It's a Small World Ride sporting my ears...

Next it was off to Mickey Mouse's house, where Dad and I climbed on the furniture...
And I played the silly piano...
Then it was time to meet Mickey! I was so excited that I gave him a hug AND a high five!

Stay tuned for more of our Disneyland adventures!

Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss!

In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday today, I assured Mom I DID want her to make green eggs and ham for me.

I, of course, did not want to eat them after I saw them.

The creepy green color didn't stop Mom, though!

I decided to find the biggest spoon possible to finish my Kix to try to outdo her. Take that!

Little Brother's 2 Month Check-Up

Tommy had his 2 month old check-up today. The doctor said he's doing great, and he was very brave when he got his shots. He is 23 1/2 inches (75%) and 14 lbs, 8oz (90%), so he takes after me.

Here I am having a little playtime with him before his appointment.

Things I Like...

A few of my favorite things lately are pretending I'm a puppy with Chewy...

Watching "Pocoyo" videos on the computer...

And trying on Tommy's clothes.
